This is a reupload, the purpose of this video is to show that you can win without using any fire attacks.
That being said, I would recommend to use Ifrit summon over Pandemonium normally, since that would give you lots of leeway after summon mode to kill off the boss at your own leisure.

Party setup at 6:23.
Ramza had 1/5 UW and Garnet had 5/5 UW. I unequipped Garnet's BRV initiative and Peridot Thunderflash Lite Passives.
I used Pandemonium summon mainly so that the entire run is fire attack free. But the recommended summon would be Ifrit.
If you don't have Cait LDCA use another call that provides buffs to the party such as Sazh. Leo and Raines LDCA is mandatory though.
0:00 Setup
Reset until you get turn order of Machina, Garnet and Ramza. For this entire phase, until you pop Machina BT mode DO NOT target the sweeper. Yes that's right.
Machina uses BT+
Garnet uses BT+ then Leo LDCA then Peridot Thunderflash
Ramza uses Cait LDCA then BT+
Sweeper will die.
Machina uses Raines LDCA then Raines base call on boss, making sure to do BRV attacks only on both launches. Then Machina does LD on boss and this time go all out for HP damage.
Boss will summon a sweeper, Garnet's overhead will go off and damage it AND fully charge your summon meter.

Simple here. Attack Sweeper when it's up, otherwise attack boss
4:23 Summon Mode
Boss should be about 37-38%. I use Leo LDCA here just to get Precision Strike on boss but that really isn't necessary. Then I immediately pop summon.
Inside summon, Ramza and Garnet does LD, Machina kills the 19% Sweeper.
If boss survives Summon Mode, Ramza should be able to finish it off with a HP+++ ATK, thus keeping your turn count at 5.
