Ramuh Summon, Cloud friend

DCecil does more damage when his HP is low. I have purposed let him take the hit to 1 HP during the Eyes battle. DCecil has a KO negation buff from his c50 Red Wings as long as his HP is more than 20%. His HP++ can restore 20% HP. But you also don't want to heal his HP to above and more than 50%. Use his EX Dark Cannon for free skill recharges. As there is a need to control his HP between 50% and 20%, I avoid using a support that has HP regen. Ramza's BRV regen helps a lot for WoL and DCecil for this fight.

WoL's shield ensured that the party doesn't get broken, which could mess up your turns if that happens.
