Far be it from me to tell others how they're supposed to play the game - however, based on the time I have spent in free rooms for the current raid, it has become very apparent to me that there is a large number of players out there who simply don't grasp the true power of the current reigning king.
Consider this a window into the true potential of what Noctis brings.

ADDENDUM: About the Burst rotation stated in this video, I said "always start with the EX"
This is not necessarily true. If you are in the midst of a 0 turn run, this rotation is definitely your best bet. If you are not going for 0 turns, other viable rotations exist, although they're a little more difficult to set up.
An Example:

Before you burst, use your EX.
After your use the EX, you have free skills at your disposal, making this rotation a possibility.

-Shooting Star
-Shooting Star+
-LD
-Burst.

Either option is viable.
