Initially did this with a 0/3 Yuri over Locke, but I had some leeway with turns so I tried bringing Locke since it's been a while. Was worried Ignis might run out of healing, but turns out this is a pretty amazing comp for this fight! Didn't even have to use my Setzer friend and even had a spare Regroup that I used for more damage instead.

I'm actually surprised at how well this party worked together.

Locke's biggest flaws are low hits and low overflow. He doesn't cap enough without a battery, but a battery without overflow makes him cap too easily. Locke does however have some amazing longevity and a fast EX (1 skill + 1 HP+ or 2 skills if turn order gets messed with).

Ignis's turn stealing in his Bowl stance is really annoying, but thankfully he can spam skills a surprising number of times to keep the party batteried. Plus all the healing was basically needed for this fight.

Zack's broken, but who doesn't know that already. Ignis's battery and overflow just make Zack even more broken. Add on the additional battery from Locke and some insane numbers pop out when the party goes into burst mode.

Main strategy for the fight is to just keep Ignis in Bowl stance for as long as possible to take advantage of the overflow and atk, then swap to Pastry on the last turn before the recharge. Use Regroup ASAP once the tornado hits and just try to keep the party alive.
