Leviathan summon, Keiss EX+3LB friend

Note: All 3 characters are EX+3LB. Sherlotta and Aphmau have their bloom passives. Aphmau has 3x Royal Puppeteer Boost **. Sherlotta has her sphere. None of the characters have their character boards.

The CHAOS turn count is very harsh. So bring out your big guns so that you can clear with the turn requirements.

Wave 1: Tears Eyes x2 (completed on turn 29)
- Have Quistis apply her Turn Rate down debuff on the Tear Eyes. The extra turns will help. Use her EX whenever is up. Quistis has 7 Laser Whip left.

- Have Aphmau uses her EX and free turns HP+/BRV+ from her puppet support. I have her use S2 first as S1 is more needed for the next wave. Aphmau has 5x S1 and 4x S2 going into the boss wave.

- Have Lotta use her Hurl Staff for the Light of Restriction debuff (Sap). Refresh them when need and upkeep her buffs. Do note that her HP regen drops to 8% once her EX buff is gone.

Wave 2: Evil Gaze x2 (completed on turn 74)
- Have Quistis apply the Turn Rate down debuff on the boss. They have very fast turns and it will be problematic when their turns are close in succession. Quistis' SPD Down and Turn Rate Down debuffs will make it manageable. I have Quistis use her Degenerate Whip when the boss turns are gaining lots of turns before my party could act. I have also use Leviathan summon for this reason as well. Use her AA to refresh her skills once you have used her first Degenerate Whip

- Lotta is to upkeep the party's attacks and provide additional damage boss with her EX buff. Her buffs will ensure your party hits hard throughout the course of the battle. Have her apply her framed debuff. They will drain off a substantial BRV that reduces the boss HP attacks from its Ram. Her EX can be used for AOE gravity shaving if you needed to.

- Aphmau should always use her EX, HP+/BRV+, S1/S2, EX rotation. The turn count is tight. So she needs to go out when her turns are up.

When the bosses' HP around 20% each (turn count is 66), I have Lotta use her AA, S1, and summon. Use her EX for the first turn and use S2 for big damage spam. I swap Aphmau for friend Keiss and use Hero Support to spam the launches. Have Quistis use the Degenerate Whip to delay the one that is targeting all. I am able to kill the boss to death when Aphmau returns on the battle, thus clearing it on turn 74.

Score: 999k (10 breaks)

Additional notes on the Evil Gaze's phases

- Normal: It is another breather period. It will speed their process to Red if you let them break too often. Watch out for Dusk Wing. They could use Ram (if have enough BRV) or Black Candela. Gliding Leg has a high turn rate. Helical Drive has 2 turn delay. Watch out for that as it will mess up your turn order.

- Red: The boss has ATK and SPD under this state. They will use the + variant of their abilities which guarantee breaks. Zack will be the target for them to break so at least Alphinaud and Aphmau can focus on their DPT. It takes around 3-4 turns before the boss starts to lose steam and the aura goes blue. Avoid getting in a situation where the character targeted is in the middle of the boss turns and there is no one in between to avoid the breaks. If you see them targeting All, it is a near-guaranteed game over since Dusk Wing+ guarantees AOE break. (unless you have killed one of them in advance)

- Blue: You will see the message that they tired out. During this phase, they will take 2-3 actions to build back their momentum when they go to normal. So this is technically a breathing period. If you let them break your party, they could go directly in the Red zone.

- Yellow: They will gain instant turn upon breaking and follow up HP attacks (Ram or Black Candela). Avoid getting broken by them when they are in this state.
