DFFOO JP - Act 4, Chapter 8, Part 1 RE-SHINRYU (Dragoon Duo)
This was an awkward one for me due to the fact that the Orb does not count down on enemy turns. This means that the Orbs will always go off consecutively right after a jump on the same turn, so whenever the Orbs go off, both enemies usually get broken right after, which cause at least one of the dragoons to land immediately after. Normally I can keep enemies desynced by allowing Orbs to go off while both dragoons are in the air, but that wasn't possible here and hurt my capacity to keep in the air.
The key was to just fish for the bad break order whenever I got a chance after the enemies used the Orb attacks, so that I could get a few good stretches to spam aerial attacks. I also needed to have the second HP threshold done in my summon phase. Bringing a Steiner call worked to manipulate the Orb a little and got me into a nice rhythm with the Orb. In order to keep a good break order, I selectively let Freya stay on the ground at times so she could feed one enemy BRV early, then Kain would break the enemy and now they would be in the incorrect break order again.
Things went smoothly after the second HP threshold, though I slightly had to rely on Prolonged HP Damage Bonus at the end due to how much damage gets wasted for me here.
