At the 100% HP, both tentacles are unkillable but they won't attack us but they will give buffs to CoD, and we need to dispel it bcs the buffs are annoying (like attack up, shield, speed up, and all of them are silver-framed buffs). This mechanism will be repeated at 49%
Balthier + his FR + Beatrix are so nice for this, they eat the HP so much until the FR gauge can reach 999% bcs of the dispel, and I added Minwu for his traps to do more damage.
When it reaches 79%, both tentacles revive and will be killable, and now they will attack us + inflicting debuffs to us (no more giving buffs to CoD). This mechanism will be repeated at 29%
I used Minwu BT+ and his FR for this so the counter attack will do more damage and the FR gauge can increase bcs of it.
I used Jack G to deal more damage (we need to finish this at least 80 Turns, but counter attack combo took more than that). I didn't even have to bring Zack for this because they hardly taken damage. And you can subtitute Gladio with Auron (I recommend to give his E sphere with Vanille shpere to increase Balthier & Beatrix FR HP damage more)
The most annoying part is CoD has 280M HP, at 30% of the enemies' FR gauge, our party's turn will be delayed by 1 turn (just like Leviathan's mechanism) and our party's HP keep being drained
