This is so long and hard to be done (I speed the run 1.3×)
The enemy can't be break, so Vayne can't do his BT follow ups. The enemy's orb kept ticking down so I really2 had to rely on Kain's follow up + crit buffs, till in the end my Kain has no Rising Drive anymore.

WoL CA shield buff is oftenly broken because of the enemy's attack but Garnet isn't really a healer unit, so I need to bring tank. I pick Zack as my friend support with 5/5 UW so he could deal a bigger damage.
