Normally, Safer Sephiroth's Heartless Angel doesn't kill and only leaves your team low on hp, but with Crystal Passive A5 that has a con of taking more brv/hp damage, the skill can now kill, probably just an oversight from the devs as Safer Sephiroth debuted before crystal passives were introduced. Memorial Battle Safer Sephiroth uses the skill after healing back his health to 50% at hp threshold 29% and 9%

I found out about this during my first run with a supposed all FF7 team and it killed team 2(same team as this) during summon

Only my blue crystal characters have this passive so that's why Cissnei(green crystal) survived

I think a similar thing like this happened before with Ardyn via a bug with his LD buff years ago, but this might be the first time a threshold attack kills during a BT phase/summon
