As the 'for fun' story continued, we would see Aranion Gawaeil become separated from Fay. Unfortunately for Fay, the necromancer would decide to play with her a bit; experimenting with a prototype eternal bone giant, before engaging her directly in a fight.
All the same information and lore that was used in the first 4 parts of Book 5 were also used here. Worth mentioning, technically The Shade, the Staff Kor's Fall, and the lore around Kor'pul were inspiration for the necromancer that was depicted here; although ultimately this is likely a different necromancer now.
Speaking of the necromancer, it is worth noting that the skills he employs are heavily based on the Shade, as well as the 'old' Necromancer class (before they were updated). I decided that I wouldn't try to rewrite this part of the story to try and make it like the new Necromancers since I don't 'have' any experience playing the new class and I don't want to be bothered with literally writing a new story here.
