For my English viewers, a short summary:
I had a court date today... I got my lawyeress from my union (IG-Metall) or better said from the DGB (Confederation of German Unions). I've never ever experienced a worse lawyer in my entire life!
After one minute, the judge told that the whole case can not be accepted.... AWESOME! I waited 2 fucking years for that. The Lawyeress was not able to tell me this shit for the last 2 years! Hooray for Germany that something like THIS is accepted as a lawyer over here.
I will cancel my union membership tomorrow... and I will include THIS video so that they know why.
