DIABETIC FRIENDLY DOSA- WITHOUT ONION AND GARLIC.
I AM PRESENTING HERE THE TECHNIQUE TO PREPARE DIABETIC FRIENDLY DOSA, WITHOUT ONION AND GARLIC.
This Dosa is generally taken with Chutney as per tradition.
This Dosa is made of-
Dahlia - HALF CUP
Green Moong Dal- ONE CUP
,Green Chilli - 4/5
Methi( Fenugreek) - Half Teaspoon
You can use Oil/Ghee for frying.
The Chutney is made of the following ingredients-
Tomato- 5/6 Medium size
Curry Leaves- 10/15 Leaves
Tamarind Seeds - 3 seeds
Mustard seeds- Half teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Ginger Juice- 1 teaspoon
Hing ( Asafoetida) - Half teaspoon
Dates-5 ( However people with uncontrolled Blood Sugar levels should take Dates as per Medical advice).
Dry Red Chilli- 6/7
Green Moong Dal should be soaked overnight.
Dahlia should be soaked for 2 hours before it is pasted.
Remember, The Dosa shown here is Diabetic friendly but the Chutney shown in the video is for all people.Since the Chutney contains Dates, so the quantity of Dates should be adjusted as per Individual needs.
