The game originally runs at 25 FPS.
So we want to set our graphics to run at a multiple of 25 to get the smoothest experience.
I am finding that 75 seems to be the sweet spot.

25 is very janky on an LCD monitor, but was fine on a CRT of the past.
50 feels a bit smooth.
75 Feels reasonable

the game does not allow 100, 125 or 150 FPS as an option to set the game too.

The game also appears strange in Task Manager.
The Direct Draw Manager is best reflective of Diablo II Resurrected's GPU Usage.

I recommend a setting where your graphics card and CPU usage are stable and under 95% max setting.

If you want to reduce the Heat your Computer is making, set settings where Max Usage spikes are about 70-75%
