These 3 are my usual targets for early farming - you don't need Enigma for them and runs are pretty fast, meanwhile drops can be great.

This is my first farming session in Diablo 2 Resurrected. I managed to do 250 Runs of Pindle Eldritch and Shenk in about 12 hours with my summon necro. Drops were okay, but a little underwhelming considering my 210 MF setup and high number of mobs killed thanks to Corpse Explosion.
If all the drops turned useful to my Necro then it would have been amazing session as number of drops was relatively good.
