Here is my version of the budget Summon Necro Build. I played through with him from 0 and was able to get to level 90 without any issues while farming some of the best areas in the game. Enjoy!

Summon Necro is one of the strongest starters and can playthrough the game easily. He is also easy to gear up and can farm most of the places from the start. Further on he can be a farming machine with Enigma and Beast runewords, and even take on Ubers and DClone.
