When I found Vex rune i didn't know that i don't have Ko :D So it took me some time to get one to make the runeword. Now i ticked one of the boxes for my late game setup :)

Heart of the Oak is arguably the best runeword for majority of caster characters, Necromancer included (except poison one who uses Death's Web). Runeword grants 30% FCR and from 30 to 40 All Resistances with some other bonuses as well. It is not too expensive to make and essentially requires a Vex rune. Ko - Vex - Pul - Thul in the 4 open sockets Flail is a typical option tomake it in.
