Thanks again for suggesting this build, it's actually not all bad, but it's definitely also one of the usual niche builds that ends up being exspensive to gear for what you get out of it.

Budget gear options would probably be a set-up based around http://diablo.wikia.com/wiki/Lycander%27s_Flank or similar weapon. And then sort out IAS, and resist which usually means getting a COH as the best soloution.
