This build's purpose is to freeze things basically 100% of time and allow you to do free damage while keeping life up.

Notes

►Leap's 10 second cooldown can be lowered to 9 from Paragons. Earthquake is an 8 second long freeze as well you have three of them, 2 are Lutsock, 1 is an active. EQ should always be available.

►The use of Frostburn with any of these skills is very tempting. However the dps is hit is a bit large for the amount of freeze possibly happening every 30% of the time. However, all cold skills apply chilled, so maybe it will work? And the Ice % is not too bad, wish it was 20% for better value.

► 2h vs dw is an issue here. The IK Boulder Breaker would be very good for damage but Azurewrath plus Utar's isn't a laughing matter. 40% cold vs the pure weapon damage is head tilting. Not to mention the crit damage socketed on both weapons, the damage is on par if not better if the rolls on the 1h's were good enough.

►Fury management may be an issue if over expenditure of Seismic Slam is happening. Grabbing the fury passives can help remedy this.

►Life gained from Fury would be astronomical plus Paragon'd lifegen.

►I expect this build if rolled awesome like to be really good for T6 Party play. Solo T6, may be a struggle so comfortable T4 is definitely a thing.

►Using Berserker instead of the Shout is also a possibility for Max Dps.

►I love the fact that the Freeze from EQ is spammed three times. The survival of this build is insane.
