This video shows the improvement of having Dex to Armor. Previously Dex to Dodge, which is a terrible mitigation stat. OWE and STI are removed from the game altogether. I do have the new passive Harmony in this build.

Conclusion: T6 solo run was a lot smoother. No more random damage spikes that kill me in a split second. When overran by group of mobs, the drop in health was slower and allowed me to react.

p.s. Veteran monks using only OWE gear, i.e. no All Resist and have one specific elemental resist, will need to collect new gear with All Resist now. However, be reassured that without the restriction of OWE, you can find good new gear ten times easier.
