Hello, welcome to a brief overview off cold wizards inn 2.1 I go over my own gear, build and then I talk briefly about other options for cold Wizards.

Clearly cold Wizards don't outshine anything sadly! Problem with ray of frost is also that you need to stand still, both to do more damage (passive + the skil itself) and to keep freezing/proccing rimeheart. But I feel like ray of frost is our best alternative, cause right now frozen orb is so weak.

Also a side note: My rimeheart is like 150 million damage I think when it procs, but happens not alot.
