I go over merc setup for all classes inn this video, with many variations.

One thing I forgot to add is that besides Obedience and Pride runeword on necromancer (Any builds) infinity also works great together with corpse explosion for less fire res. So infinity does have its uses on classes that aint using lightning.

Hope you liked the guide! And yes, eth reapers toll IAS/ED, eth treachery runeword and Gullis helm IAS/ed really is that great. But feel free to always experiment with items, I for instance have a Eth chains of honor on my fire druid instead off standard fortitude, just to try something else.
