Diablo 4 HOTFIX 12 Finally Fixes Druid Loot Bug with Latest Update

If you've been playing as Druids, we've got some great news for you. The frustrating issue of receiving Unique items meant for other classes is finally being addressed by the talented developers at Blizzard Entertainment. Say goodbye to the confusion and disappointment caused by looting Barbarian weapons instead of Druid-specific gear.
While other classes in Diablo 4 had the luxury of a smooth grind to endgame, Druids had to worry about inadvertently obtaining Legendary drops that were incompatible with their class. Equipping Barbarian Unique weapons was possible, but unfortunately, the powerful Legendary Aspects attached to them remained unusable. It was an unfair and frustrating situation that left Druid players feeling penalized for their loyalty.
Blizzard Entertainment has come to the rescue with Hotfix 12! In this latest update, Druids can finally breathe a sigh of relief as Ancient's Oath, Hellhammer, and Overkill will no longer drop for them. However, for those Druids who managed to equip these Barbarian weapons, you'll be allowed to keep them. Just remember that un-equipping them will render them useless. It's a bittersweet moment, but with the glitch resolved, the chances of this happening again in the future are virtually nonexistent. Some players may even choose to retire their Druids with Barbarian weapons as a testament to their unique journey.
The hotfix also brings other improvements to enhance your Diablo 4 experience. Better stability and performance have been addressed, aiming to reduce the stutter that some players encountered while traversing the vast and dangerous Regions of Sanctuary. Additionally, Sorcerer players can rejoice as the bonus damage from Combustion will now apply correctly. However, it's worth noting that the Sorcerer class may still require further adjustments to compete on an equal footing with other classes at endgame. Relying solely on three Defensive skills, with Ice Shard as the sole viable Core skill, simply doesn't deliver the excitement and variety that players deserve.
