Collect Malignant Hearts from defeated enemies and socket them into your Jewelry. These hearts will grant you powerful new abilities, transforming your build in unique and exciting ways. Explore new Malignant Tunnels to find even more Malignant Hearts. These dungeons are filled with challenging enemies and deadly traps, but the rewards are certainly worth it.

Progress through the new Battle Pass to earn exclusive rewards, including cosmetics, transmogs, seasonal currency and more.

Here are some additional details about Season of the Malignant:

Malignant Hearts: There are 32 different Malignant Hearts in Season of the Malignant. Each heart grants a different ability, and some hearts are only available to certain classes.

Malignant Elites: Malignant Elites are a new tier of enemy that is more powerful than regular monsters. They will also drop Malignant Hearts, which act as gems to be socketed in your gear.

Malignant Tunnels: Malignant Tunnels are new dungeons that are only available during Season of the Malignant. They are filled with Malignant Monsters and lead to a Malignant Boss with a guaranteed Heart drop.

Battle Pass: The Season of the Malignant Battle Pass has 90 tiers of rewards. Players can earn Battle Pass points by completing challenges, such as killing enemies, completing side quests, and finding altars of lilith, completing dungeons, and more.
