Dice Miner Review - A Dice Drafting Board Game Of Dwarven Yahtzee
7Dice Miner is a light, but interesting dice drafting board game with a super quick setup. The fancy vertical mountain is super cool and looks great when filled with dice. The fast setup, approachable learning curve, and familiar mechanics ought to make it a great gateway game.
Dice can only be drafted from the top of the mountain unless you roll a cheers dice and give it to another player, in which case they are too drunk to notice you take it from the sides! The variety of dice types lends a decent amount of strategy for a very light game, plus you get to roll your hoard after each round and that just feels awesome.
