Starfield built A LOT of hype with two major gameplay reveal trailers before launch that showed many different aspects of the game. Todd Howard featured in both Starfield trailers and portrayed the game as an endless universe for players to explore. But did Todd Howard lie in Starfield's trailers? This will be a retrospective on Starfield's marketing before launch, where I will compare what Starfield looked like in its marketing vs how Starfield ACTUALLY plays now that it's out.
