Did i falsely accuse this guy for WH?

Felt like going through an overwatch case in CS:GO and came across this guy.
His stats are not amazing and his hs ratio is normal.
If this guy was silver or global we'll never know but what i do know is this.

He kept looking at people through the walls at random points.
This could just be pure rng since it have happen to most of us many times (you hear a sound and turn towards it and sometimes on the replay it looks like WH).

But this guy did quite a few time and when he peaked/pre aimed at spots he did not go for what was logical but instead for the guy around the corner through the wall.

Later on there was a smoke kill that anyone would yell ''OMG WALLHACK'' on but at the same time....Who have not hit a lucky smoke shot in the past?

I just think it was one to many ''random luck'' aiming and the smoke kill just added in to it.

I reported him for WH but what do you guys think?
