Couple of new pieces of evidence had come to light when one of Soma's advisors did something incredibly sus. As we had managed to capture Wigmund's lieutenant, Galinn quickly finished him off before he could say anymore other than the location of Wigmund. We also found some notes in his home that contradicts what he have been telling us. But when we told Soma this, he vehemently denied wrongdoing before Soma killed him! DID I MESS UP!? Also had a frustrating experience when we raided (with dual shields I might add!) where Wigmund was but nobody would help me force open the door to where he was, even though they were right there!
