This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and I thought I should do something with it as it's a topic I know all too well. Not only have I been through it, last year my other half lost a friend to it.

Add to this, 100% of my audience is male and the vast majority of my audience is between 18 and 35. Why is that an issue? In the UK, more men between 18 and 35 take their own lives than prostate cancer. Which is a shocking stat.

So this is just my bit for my community and the wider world as a whole as with men it still seems to be taboo. Thanks.
