Is this the BEST raid of World of Warcraft? Ulduar, now officially released in Wrath of the Lich King Classic, has certainly created quite a stir. Considered one of the greatest raids in World of Warcraft's history, players have been eager as murlocs to charge into these icy halls and see what horrors lie within. From Yogg Saron to Algalon the Observer - is Ulduar really as good as people remember it being? And also, what made this raid such a big deal in the first place? Why is it considered to be so GOOD?

Ulduar is a ancient titan city located in the Storm Peaks of Northrend, it was built by the Titans as a prison for the Old God Yogg-Saron and his minions. The city was also meant to serve as a research facility for the Titans, where they could study the workings of the universe and the various races that inhabit it. Ulduar was abandoned for thousands of years until the rise of the Lich King brought the city back to the attention of the denizens of Azeroth. It is now a stronghold of the Iron Dwarves, but it also serves as a place of pilgrimage for the followers of Loken, the Titan Watcher who betrayed his kind and was defeated by his fellow watchers. Ulduar is a place of great power and secrets, and it is said that the secrets contained within its walls could change the fate of Azeroth forever.
