521The comedy club Arthur performs at is named Pogo’s for this twisted reason! Before fully embracing his Joker persona, Arthur sets his sights on becoming a stand up comedian and does some amateur work at Pogo's comedy club. The club was named after the serial killer John Wayne Gacy, who tortured and murdered at least 33 young men and boys from 1972 to 1978. He would perform at children's hospitals and charity events under the persona of ‘Pogo The Clown.’
