896Four main characters were left out of the film even though the previous entry is only set three weeks prior to this film’s timeline. Jill Valentine, Ada Wong, Leon Kennedy, and Becky are absent from this film even though they survived the previous film. It is implied that they all died during the battle of the White House, but in reality, Becky didn’t return because the actress outgrew her role, Ada’s actress had other commitments, and Valentine’s actress simply wasn’t asked to return.
