11,430An O.J Simpson joke is made! While a kids film may not seem like the place for this type of joke, it turns out the whole movie is riddled with cultural references. The film features a spoof of E!Entertainment called ME (Mediaeval Entertainment), that initially shows the red carpet event at the ball, however the channel gets flipped to a programme called ‘Knights.’ The presenter states “We got a white bronco heading east into the forest” which is a direct reference to the chase footage of OJ Simpson trying to escape cops in a white bronco.
