Did you ever play Snap-Dragon? Yeah, I’m doing things a little differently today. Before everyone huddled around the TV playing whatever party games you got for Christmas and weeeeeeell before everyone sat in silence waiting for Monopoly to end. A favourite pastime for family and friends at Christmas was a game called SnapDragon.
Where you would get a large plate (the bigger the grander) fill it with a small amount of flammable alcoholic liquid-like rum, chuck a load of raisins on top, and then catch the whole thing on fire.
Your job is to then quickly try to get the alcoholic soaked fruit out whilst burning yourself as little as possible in order to get the sweet treat.
Still, not as bad as those kids that got tiger LCD games for Christmas right!
