YOOOOOO!!!! Yet another episode of this series!!! And on time, what is this? When have I become consistent enough to pull this off. This series will still hopefully come out weekly on Sundays, but you know that I'm not the best with doing content constantly so might be some inconsistency with the uploads. I'm actually slightly surprised that I have only missed one upload thus far.
This series will also follow a new set of rules compared to my old nuzlockes. But to make them clear I have the rules here with categorization.
Classic Nuzlocke Rules:
- If pokemon faints, it is considered "dead" and can't be used again.
- I can only catch the first encounter in a route/area.
- I must nickname all pokemon.
- If I black out I lose the nuzlocke
Randomizer (stuff which is randomized):
- Wild and static encounters
- Trainer Pokemon
- Field Items
- Abilities
Monotype rules:
- All party pokemon must share a type
Example1: Charmander, Ho-oh and Vulpix is a valid team.
Example2: Squirtle, Shpeal and Glalie is not a valid team
- I can pivot to a different type any time I want but I have to follow the previous rule when making the change
Note that monotype rules may differ from other monotype rule sets.
Misc:
- Impossible evos are possible
- Trainer pokemon level 40 and above are fully evolved
- All pokemon can learn HMs to prevent softlocks
