Other than Spike, Annihilator is one of the best tanks to ram with. It has the fastest speed (including bullet recoil) and you can easily surprise players with said recoil. With this, I use my large bullet recoil to annoy some Overlords who found it really hard to kill me despite their maximum speed and strong drones.

The drawback is that the large bullet recoil can also make you pay the price if you use it the wrong way, especially if you accidently ram into a full-health Smasher class. Also, if you hit a shape, that can also slow you down. Annihilator is a full-speed ramming tank.
