Firstly, regarding the build, I would like to point out that you can alternate it a bit for your choosing. You can have 4x7 upgrades (as long as you have Max Health and Body Damage maxed out) and one Level 5 upgrade, or have 3 different variations of 2x6 upgrades.
For those also curious, if you want to try this build, I suggest allocating your points mostly on Body Damage, with some on Maximum Health and Regeneration (maybe half of Body Damage) until level 15. Max them out at 20 (6/7/7), then start to upgrade Movement Speed and Reload to 30. You will have 6 more points to allocate (including Level 30) to use on Movement Speed, Health Regeneration, or Reload. Whichever you decide.
