The battle against getting fat. After the monsters are destroyed, they leave behind rings, gems, power-ups, and diet tonic. Power-ups include roller skates to go fast, compressed air to blow monsters up, increased fire power, etc. There are also Data East coins that appear on each level. If a player gets one of these coins, it shoots up to the top of the screen where a fruit machine display rolls over and gives out gems, power-ups, and rings. If the fruit machine reads 777 then there is a bonus round where the players jump on clouds to collect falling gems while avoiding falling food. The game starts with one player selecting an area on a world map, then progress through two levels to get to a boss on the third round. After the boss is destroyed that "world" is complete.
