Dig Dug Big Bug | Drill Core (Tower Defence Strategy Game)
112Drill Core is a game that sees us attempting to fix entire planets by dropping a sci-fi thingamajig core into the planet, which then does clever sci-fi stuff to mend all the problems! Hooray for science!
We need to dig to a certain depth to drop our magic core thingy so we have a mining platform and a little group of miners, gatherers and guards to operate it. The miners mine, the gatherers gather the resources and the guards are required because the local wildlife don't like the presence of our core...
As we dig we collect various resources which we can use to build things on the platform, like a barracks to train more troops, a lab to research things and a factory to produce even more materials.
However, each night we get attacked from above down the mineshaft we've dug by all sorts of terrible flying beasties, so we have to build a variety of turrets to fight them off. We start with basic ones but as we play we unlock shotgun turrets and missile launchers and other fancy things!
Oh and we get paid in three-quarter complete cheese wheels, so that's nice.
