I know it's a bold title, but this strategy works consistently well and can be done without excessive training and late game attacks. Expand this description for some extra information.

375 Speed is useful as sickness reduces it to 300 and that's the threshold at which pretty much all attacks will have their cooldown at their minimum. You can go lower than that if you only use weak and fast attacks without exceptions. Don't bother raising your Defense as Defense only decreases damage taken if it's less than 500 points lower than the enemies attack stat. Sickness also increases MP cost so you'll want a lot of it and only use cheap attacks after applying poison.

Speaking of attacks, Poison Claw is fast, cheap and has a 40% poison change per hit which works quite well for setting up poison and stunlocking the target. Other candidates for that would be Insect Plague or Poison Powder which are slow and only useful for setting up the status. They have a 90% and 62% poison chance respectively.

For attacking after the poison status has been applied, the following attacks work quite well:

-  Ice Needle (Keeps a long distance to the enemy)
- Spit Fire (Keeps a small distance to the enemy)
- Poison Claw, Sonic Jab (Only used up close)
