In this Let's Play video, you will see me play the new Campaign Mode of Diplomacy Is Not An Option (Version 1.0 Full Release). In this episode, I finally beat the Campaign Run with the King Side. We take on the "Abberlore Must Fall" mission trying to storm the King's Castle. This mission is very hard and long and requires taking out a lot of defenses before reaching the Castle. You will get to see two alternate endings in this video. Unlike the Sarranga campaign, this one has only one mission but "alternate" endings based on a story choice. To see the alternate ending, you'll need to simply reload the autosave right before the story choice point. The Sarranga campaign had 2 alternate "missions" with their own endings.

The game is out of early access and fully released. The new feature for Diplomacy Is Not An Option is the full campaign mode. The Campaign has multiple branching options making it very replayable for multiple endings with different scenarios. This game is a Survival City Builder, Real Time Strategy, Base Building, and Tower Defense game all rolled into one. This game is a mix of various genre with mechanics that are familiar in many popular games. You'll get "They Are Billions", "Stronghold", "Age of Darkness: The Last Stand", and "Cataclismo" vibes from the playing the base building defense missions. You are the Lord and must defend your Keep against waves of mobs attacking your city. Gather Resources quickly, Build up your Wall Defenses and Train your Army before the Wave arrives. Each Mission will have a certain number of waves. Clear out the Camps around the Map or they will join the final wave. Collect mana crystals so you can use them to cast spells. It's very similar to "They Are Billions", "Stronghold", and "Age of Empires". Build up your resources and mass some units to defend against waves of horde attacks. I highly recommend this game.
