In this Let's Play video, you will see me play Banquet for Fools (Steam Next Fest Demo Version). This game is an isometric party based action-adventure RPG (role-playing game) with inventory management similar to games like "Diablo 4", "Path of Exiles 2", and "Stoneshard". This game does give off some vibes similar to "Drova", "Baldur's Gate 3" and "Divinity Original Sin 2". This game has a very unique combat mechanic that uses a "Time Stop" Bubble for making your combat action. Your action bar fills up like a cooldown and you can apply an action when it's full. Right click to create the time bubble and then choose your action and opponent. Your party members can be placed in special AI mode that you can assign to. You can switch between the characters and control them each manually while the AI manages the rest of the party members. For the most part it feels like an action RPG similar to Diablo and Path of Exiles with real time movement. This demo coverage does make me want to check out the full game, and hope it does for you as well. It's still in Early Access at the moment. Steam Description: The Pavura needs four volunteers to solve the mystery of an abandoned village. Answer the call in this party-based action adventure RPG. The deities have shunned the Vollings, and they have turned to paganism to survive. But Vollings are resilient and ever industrious. One lord has embarked on an enterprise to settle an island long abandoned by its dead civilization, braving a cursed land in hopes of farming a lucrative spice grown only on its hillsides. His venture is a success, but trouble quickly presses fast upon him from many sides. As he is leaving to sail out to defend his fields from a jealous neighbor, he has received word that every inhabitant of one of his farm holds has vanished without a trace. With few options at hand, he calls on his guards for four volunteers to venture across the island to investigate this mystery. This game is developed and published by Hannah and Joseph Games. This game is in early access at the time of this coverage.
