Dipping a Toe | Singing Fragments | Blessing of the Seadweller | Raw Singing Citrine | upgrade ring
3Cyrce's Circlet is a customizable ring from Siren Isle (Patch 11.0.7) that upgrades from item level 639 to 658 and unlocks flying.
To get the ring, complete A Song of Secrets questline starting with The Expedition Awaits in Dornogal. Help the Goblins, Earthen, and Arathi explore Siren Isle.
After the intro quests, you'll receive three quests:
The Radiant Vault - Get the ring
Reforged Anew - Get Windsinger's Runed Citrine
The Circlet Calls - Learn gem mechanics
The ring has 3 gem sockets for different Singing Citrine types:
Yellow: Singing Thunder Citrine
Blue: Singing Sea Citrine
Pink: Singing Wind Citrine
Gems can be swapped freely when out of combat, returning to your inventory when removed. Replacements are available from vendors.
Upgrade the ring with Raw Singing Citrine through weekly quests that also grant abilities:
Week 2 - Blessing of the Seadweller: Underwater abilities
Week 3 - Superjuiced: Special item usage in storms
Week 4 - Cyrce's Zephyr: Trigger all gem effects
Week 5 - Thieves of the Siren: Detect hidden enemies
Week 6 - Wings of the Siren: Flying ability
Missed quests can be caught up in later weeks.
Raw Singing Citrine also drops from chests and rares.
Flying is restricted during storms but available in calm weather after completing Week 6's quest.
Gems come in three types, each with unique effects. Once found, gems become available from vendors and can be sent to alts (Warbound until equipped).
Singing Thunder Citrines:
Roaring War-Queen's: Triggers allies' gem effects
Storm Sewer's: Lightning shield
Stormbringer's: Secondary stats
Thunderlord's: Nature damage
Singing Sea Citrines:
Fathomdweller's: Mastery boost
Mariner's: Healing chain
Seabed Leviathan's: Stamina and frost damage
Undersea Overseer's: Frost damage chain
Singing Wind Citrines:
Legendary Skipper's: Random enhanced effects
Old Salt's: Group healing
Squall Sailor's: Multi-target damage
Windsinger's: Highest secondary stat boost
Unlike other rings, Cyrce's Circlet can be displayed as a cosmetic using a toy.
Runecaster's Eye
Instant
Gain the ability to find and unveil hidden treasures around Siren Isle. The wind will passively guide you towards them.
Blessing of the Seadweller
Instant
Gain the passive ability to walk on the seafloor, find treasures underwater, breathe underwater, and swim much faster while in the surrounding waters of Siren Isle.
You must have Cyrce's Circlet equipped.
Raw Singing Citrine
Item Level 1
Binds when picked up
Use: Imbue Cyrce's Circlet with the raw magic of this citrine, increasing its item level.
