Dirty Bomb is a free-to-play FPS game for Steam currently in Beta phase. I am definitely not the best player but I am sure that this game is playable enough.

FPS: 24-40 (depends on the map)
*Frame drops shown in this video is caused by recording. And even though when not recording the framerate is 30 most of the time, this game is not very smooth, network latency problem, I assume.
