Dirty Vegas - Little White Doves (keyboard synth and arp cover on Korg Kross 61).mp4
It's been a while since my last cover. I was really holding off doing another cover until I get myself a floor lamp, and my phone's almost giving up on me so maybe I will not have a cover until my laptop is back over the holidays.\n\nI first heard this song maybe around 2011, since this was given as an assignment by our band leader. Back then I was using a Roland Juno D and I used a Trance Slicer Synth for that continuous rhythm. It's tiring if you do that manually throughout the entire song. Luckily on the Korg Kross, I learned how to use the arpeggiator and found a 16beat pattern that somehow gets me close to the original. But since the pattern is called “16beat chords” I have to do a trick to match it with the song's tempo using trial and error. Normally the chops are 8th notes and I got a tempo of 130BPM, I divided it by 2 to get 16th notes @ 65BPM to match the rhythmic pounding chords..and the trickiest part is the start of the arpeggiator:\n• You must press all the notes together for sound balance.\n• No room for mistakes. Each chord change must be on TIME coz if not, your arp pattern timing gets disrupted.\n\nI hope you enjoy my little cover. 😊 please leave a like and subscribe to my channel for more content. \n\nDISCLAIMER:\nNo copyright infringement intended.
