How To disable Saints Row IV Re-Elected Camera Auto Center while driving using a mod called "Disable Sticky Vehicle Camera" available on nexusmods website and then selecting the smart option in the controls options menu vehicle camera snap which results in a better more enjoyable driving experience.

This Mod was made for the Epic store version of Saints Row IV Re-Elected, but should also work on the Steam version.Not sure if the mod will also work on the original version of the game, I did not test that.
