Two quick methods that allow you to fix frame rate issues like stutters and low average fps and crashes in Session Skate sim videogame by running the game in the Directx11 API instead of Directx 12 and disabling full screen optimization in the executable compatibility settings which works for the Steam version and the non Steam version as well.

Launch Command: -DX11

This allowed me to gain double the FPS going from an average of 30 to an average of 60 which you can notice in the MSI afterburner overlay in the top left corner of the intro comparison and it also allowed for smoother frame-times.
