31Longplay of Disaster Report 2: Frozen Memories, or Raw Danger! in PAL/NTSC-U regions, or Zettai Zetsumei Toshi 2: Itetsuita Kiokutachi in Japan. Here is the Undubbed version of the game, featuring japanese dubbing, japanese in-game textures, signs, and japanese character models. The game is obviously fully in English still. It was developed and published by japanese studio Irem (Agetec in NA/EU). It was first released in Japan in March 2006, as a very late gen game exclusively for the PS2. Recorded at 4K30 H.265 HEVC via OBS. The game runs at max 20 fps.

All Characters walkthrough - each character received here a Good Ending, this longplay can be freely considered a good guide to obtain each Good Ending. Do note - I didn't bother to pickup all of the compasses and bonus stuff around the maps, but I found quite a lot I feel.
Minutes 28 to 34 of the first hour exhibit some weird upscaling issue due to emulation, it looks ugly, but I fixed it quickly after I noticed there was something clearly wrong.

4x RGSAA Rotated Grid SuperSampling AntiAliasing solution
CPU overclock to 180% to ensure a stable (but stuttery) framerate of 20 FPS, as the game was designed to run.

Story synopsis:
In December, 2010, the thriving city of Del Ray, built around the Hudson River, is preparing to commemorate the opening of Geo City, a massive underground metropolitan complex underneath Del Ray designed to be the safest and most advanced city ever built. The Mayor of Del Ray holds a conference in Geo City to celebrate its success, but several days of heavy rainfall causes Del Ray to issue a precautionary warning to evacuate after the Hudson River's water levels rise beyond cautionary levels, creating a prelude to a major disaster. The sequence of the disaster is seen through the points of view of six citizens of the city.
