There are no variations to Lae'zel and Gale. Gale is always first if he's in the group and Lae'zel is always last if she's in the group. Karlach can only go first if it's just her and Lae'zel, and Wyll and Shadowheart go first against Karlach. To get Wyll or Shadowheart to go second, have only Gale and whichever of the 2 in the group. I'm unsure of other combos, but this is how I triggered the differences.
