Time to help another Dungeon Master in distress. This time it's the case of the awesome role-players vs the uber character optimizers. How do we create adventures to satisfy both types of players and not have on group feel less useful than the other characters in the game? First off tabletop RPG gaming is supposed to be a co-operative experience. So players shouldn't feel like their in competition with each other. All of the classes and races from the players handbook should be able to find ways to fit into the adventuring party that are both useful and satisfying.
