Disgaea 4 running in RPCS3, the Playstation 3 emulator for Windows PC. Game ran at 60FPS so looks silly and I couldn't bring myself to render at 30FPS on the video when the game runs at 60FPS. I'd advise using rivia tuner to hold at 30 fps or use the in game fps lock, if you wish to play this game. The cut scenes were skipped for watchability and because the music would probably get me dinged for CW.
